1 The delivery takes place within Germany with Deutsche Post or the parcel service DPD as well as on request to Austria and Switzerland. In exceptional cases, we also deliver via other renowned parcel service providers (DHL, UPS, etc.).

2 The delivery time is usually 3 working days. We refer to any deviating delivery times on the respective product page. For temperature-sensitive products, we reserve the right to deliver only when the weather is suitable. The goods can also be sent to third parties. If you would like another shipping method or possibly another freight forwarder, then this can be arranged individually.

3 If goods are delivered with obvious damage in transit, please complain about such errors immediately to the deliverer, and please contact us as soon as possible. The failure to make a complaint or contact has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights. However, they help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
